There is no glare. If the ball happens to pass directly in the way of the sun you might lose it for a second but can easily pick out the ball.Get the Prizm field lens if you are an outfielder. This will help when you are batting too and have to look into the sun.Everything is crystal clear. It doesn't seem dark. The only slight down side is they are a bit tight on an average size head, but they won't fall off. Well worth the money, especially if it keeps you from getting hurt.Great fit as well. I'm very pleased with this purchase especially at the deep discount received.More expensive then usually pay for sunglasses.
